- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes:
- 3–5 business days in metro cities.
- 5–8 business days in other areas, depending on the location and courier service.
Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or logistical issues beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹500.
- A flat rate of ₹100 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can track your order status anytime.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.
