Refund and return
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
- The item is not on our list of non-returnable products (e.g., used cleaners, damaged packaging due to customer handling).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
- Clearance or final sale items (as marked).
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at uvpatel562@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.
- Once approved, ship the item to our return address (provided by our team).
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll initiate your refund.
4. Refund Method
A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference or ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
